Belive or not, I found my first job from google. There are many hidden positions that have never been advertised publicly, and these positions have less competitors. First I created for myself a customized job search engine, powered by the advanced search query languages and carefully tailored search terms. It takes into account different job posting key words and filtered irrelevant websites. It is simple but it works surprisingly well.
